It is online and there is a free version that can be run remotely in the browser. Multisim has a 'Live Online Circuit Simulator. I’ve attached instructions for how students can install and extend the MultiiSim trial version on their own PCs. This would last students through May 10, which is long enough for my class to complete the final project. A student of mine made me notice that NI offers the option to extend trial versions of the free Education Edition for 45 additional days.
